How We Get Your Purchase to You
Shipping is Free
We ship to Canada and the continental U.S. by Canada Post. The shipping is free and may take 2-8 days to arrive in Canada and up to 2-4 weeks to the U.S. Typically the packages are small and will fit in your mailbox. For orders to the U.S. additional fees/taxes may be charged by customs and are the responsibility of the purchaser. For orders from Winnipeg and the surrounding area pick up is available and you should contact us to make arrangements for pick up.
Return Policy
Refund on Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your scarf purchase please return it for a refund within 14 days after the delivery date. Providing the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, plus any applicable sales taxes that we charged and collected, less a 10% restocking fee. The cost of returning your purchase or fees/taxes charged by U.S. customs (if you paid them) will not be refunded. Return your purchase to: Serendipity Silk c/o Jerrie Hanchuk, 332 McIvor Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2G 0Z9. Include a note as to why you are returning it along with a copy of your receipt or invoice.
Refund on Workshop/clsses
We will issue a full refund for a workshop/class providing notice of cancellation is given 2 weeks prior to the workshop start date. If cancelling less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop start date, the fee is not refundable, but can be applied to another workshop session. The subsequent session is not refundable. Alternatively, you may apply the fee charged for the workshop session to purchase Serendipity Silk scarves.

Likewise, we may collect the same information if you return a purchase.
